Fantastic new benefit for 2009 - Horsforth Riding Club

For 2009 Horsforth Riding Club has affiliated with the Festival Association, which now incorporates the Ultimate Showcase of Champions. The rules of this have now changed and if you qualify in any qualifying class at any Horsforth Riding Club show you are eligible to attend any of the shows below. To benefit people going to the shows the organisers have changed the rules, so if you qualify in one class you are able to compete in any class at the show that the horse rider combination is eligible for, e.g. if you qualify in Mountain and Moorland small breeds, you are able to compete in any class at the show that the horse / rider combination is eligible, i.e. Shetland or lead rein pony.

Show dates you are eligible for are as follows:

21st to 24th May Aintree Equestrian Centre, Lancashire
24th to 26th July Warren Farm, Lancashire
10th to 12th July Arena UK – the original Ultimate Showcase of Champions
8th to 11th October Scottish National Equestrian Centre
16th to 18th October Scottish Masters – Scottish National Equestrian Centre

Also winners at the HRC annual presentation evening championship will qualify for the Overall Championship at Aintree Equestrian Centre held on 26 Oct to 1 Nov.
This is a fantastic event for overall champions and a great opportunity for our members to experience this show, whilst showcasing the talents of our riding club.

Each class that is eligible will be clearly indicated as (FA/USOC) in the HRC schedule and you will be given a qualifying card following each class. This is a great and unique benefit to Horsforth Riding Club and another reason to come along and join the club.
